This is how we fight against hate.

Join George Takei and The Man/Kind Project in creating an event that unites cultures while fighting anti-Semitism and religious intolerance.

Our expenses in putting on a program that features the music and voices of Japanese and Jewish artists and speakers is monumental.  We are committed to inspiring children through the selfless humanity of Chiune Sugihara - a vice consul general to Lithuania who saved the lives of thousands of Polish Jews.

We are raising funds to support the August 23 event and to create curriculum and teaching guides to inspire this and future generations to join with other cultures to fight hate.

Our event features pianist Kae Matsumoto performing the late Keith Emerson's "Land of the Rising Sun", and the Trans Chorus of Los Angeles.  The music of the late 'father of progressive rock', Keith Emerson will be arranged for piano and string quartet culminating in a performance by the Trans Chorus of Los Angeles that will have people out of their seats, united in solidarity against oppression.
