Desperately Need Medical Treatment

I've been working as a veterinary technician since I was 14 years old, sometimes working 2 or 3 jobs just to make ends meet. I've never asked for handouts and am embarrassed to be at a point that I have to do this but I don't feel like I have another option. I have been having severe neck and back pain with radiating pain and numbness down both arms since April. After spending thousands of dollars on multiple doctors and an MRI I finally have a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease with one herniated cervical disc as well as 2 other bulging discs and arthritis throughout my cervical vertebrae. The good news is my doctor doesn't think I need surgery, the bad news is I need facet joint injections as well as physical therapy that my insurance doesn't even begin to cover until I meet my deductible. I can't get the injections unless I pay up front and I can't start PT until I get the injections. I'm barely able to work my full time job as it is due to the pain so getting a second job or working more is out of the question at this point. The longer I wait to start treatment the worse my prognosis gets so I'm desperate for any help that you are willing to give. My family and I thank you in advance.
