Hernan Lost His Leg and His Bike

On Thursday, July 13th, Hernan Hermosillo was riding home from Glendale, CA to Laverne and got into a tragic motorcycle accident off of the 134 Freeway. After hitting the guardrail, he was catapulted off of his bike, lost his foot, and landed in the brush. Alone, he managed to call his girlfriend Stephanie who quickly was able to get medical attention to him. No one stopped to help as Hernan laid alone on the side of the road, bleeding.
After the accident, his mother and Stephanie frantically called every hospital to locate him and were able to rush to his side hours later. We're fortunate to announe that his internal organs are fine and his Biltwell helmet saved his face and, potentially, his life.
However, Hernan has a VERY long road to recovery including learning to walk again and learning how to work as a Harley Technician.
Currently, his only form of income was working as a technician at Glendale Harley but because he's out of work and he so recently secured that position, he'll need to find a way to pay for the help that he so desperately needs. Anything you can afford to give through his difficult journey is GREATLY appreciated and will go directly to helping him in this time of need.
Hernan does have medical insurance, but it was only activated the day before the accident so complications are expected to arise. We cannot stress enough how thankful we are for the love and support that we've received from so many people. Please continue to pray, send positive vibes, or whatever it is that you believe, because he definitely appreciates and needs it.
