Please send in your $1,030 donation to help support the Hermitage Club Member Restructuring Committee in its efforts to help the members of the club gain a stronger voice in the Club's restructuring. Members who donate will become part of the Ad-Hoc Committee.
The $1,030 amount adds an extra $30 to cover the platform fee. Any tip suggested by the Go Fund Me website is optional and those funds do not go to the committee...they go to the Go Fund Me website. Please be sure to choose the other category for the tip and an amount of ZERO for that tip, otherwise it will automatically include a tip above and beyond the $1,030 we are asking you to send.
Please make sure to also sign the Ad Hoc Member Agreement that you received via DocuSign.
My name is Stuart Kovensky and I am one of the members of the Steering Committee for this Ad-Hoc Committee. This Committee is raising funds in relation to our objective to have the Members of the Hermitage Club get increased influence and control over the Club's financial reorganization, as well as try to get the club re-opened.
The funds raised on this site will be used to pay legal, financial and other due diligence costs as we pursue the objective listed above. To this end, we have already engaged two separate law firms and expect to use the bulk of the funds raised to cover legal due diligence costs. In addition, we may use the funds to pay for other due diligence related to the club's finances, real estate operations and other areas integral to the Club's operations and restructuring.
When we need to pay bills for the costs listed above, I will withdraw the funds and send them directly to the law firms or other financial professionals we may use.
