Muchos de nuestros hermanos y hermanas en Pakistán luchan por satisfacer sus necesidades básicas y, al mismo tiempo, dedican sus vidas, incluso hasta el punto de la muerte, a dar a conocer a Cristo. Durante los meses fríos, a menudo carecen de elementos esenciales como mantas y chaquetas. Como discípulos de Cristo, estamos llamados a cuidar de los necesitados, especialmente de nuestros hermanos creyentes.

Pablo nos recuerda:

"No digo esto para que otros tengan holgura y vosotros carga, sino para que, como es justo que en este momento la abundancia vuestra supla la necesidad de ellos, a fin de que la abundancia de ellos supla la necesidad de vosotros, para que haya equidad" (2 Corintios 8:13-14).

Y en Hechos, vemos a la iglesia primitiva respondiendo a las necesidades de sus hermanos y hermanas:

"Así que los discípulos decidieron, cada uno conforme a sus posibilidades, enviar ayuda a los hermanos que habitaban en Judea" (Hechos 11:29).

Vivamos este mismo espíritu de generosidad y unidad. Estamos recaudando una pequeña cantidad de fondos para estos esfuerzos esenciales:

1) Para proporcionar necesidades básicas, como alimentos, ropa y mantas, a quienes están pasando dificultades.

2) Para apoyar a los líderes locales que se dedican fielmente a la obra de Dios, haciendo que el nombre de Cristo sea conocido entre los no alcanzados. Tu apoyo puede empoderar a estos líderes para que continúen con su importante labor.

Esta es una hermosa oportunidad para vivir nuestra fe de una manera tangible y solidarizarnos con nuestros hermanos y hermanas necesitados. Juntos, extendamos el amor de Cristo y demostremos que nadie camina solo.

Many of our brothers and sisters in Pakistan are struggling to meet their basic needs while also dedicating their lives, even to the point of death, to make Christ known. During the cold months, they often lack essentials like blankets and jackets. As disciples of Christ, we are called to care for those in need, especially our fellow believers.

Paul reminds us:

"For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened, but that as a matter of fairness your abundance at the present time should supply their need, so that their abundance may supply your need, that there may be fairness." (2 Corinthians 8:13-14)

And in Acts, we see the early church responding to the needs of their brothers and sisters:

"So the disciples determined, every one according to his ability, to send relief to the brothers living in Judea." (Acts 11:29, ESV)

Let's live out this same spirit of generosity and unity. We are raising a small amount of funds for these essential efforts:

To provide basic necessities—such as food, clothing, and blankets—to those who are struggling.

To support local leaders who are faithfully dedicating themselves to the work of God, making the name of Christ known among the unreached. Your support can empower these leaders to continue their vital work.

This is a beautiful opportunity to live our faith in a tangible way and to stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in need. Together, let's extend the love of Christ and show that no one walks alone.
