Herman Thompson's recovery

Donation protected
On August 17, my father Herman Thompson's life was changed and possibly altered for the rest of his life. He was electrocuted by a 220 volt. Started in his feet and exiting out his finger tips. A miracle happened in itself, he is still with us. He will have an extensive stay at Vanderbilt's burn unit. Monday he goes into surgery on his arms and hands. It was discussed, if there's burnt bone/dead bone they will have to amputate. If his bones are good, he will start the first set of skin graphs. We don't know what the future holds. We do know, this is going to be a long and hard road. My dad is currently without insurance, which is a added stress. My dad never ask for help. Either not wanting to trouble anyone or his pride, he just doesn't ask for assistance in anything. Everybody needs help at some point and this is his time. I need my family, friends and communities help. First, he needs prayers, then assistance with medical and monthly bills as he is recovering. His life was spared and he needs a helping hand. We will not claim amputation, we are claiming blood flow through every burnt tissue and knowing it will be restored. We are believers in the one and only healer. God has clearly had his arms around him thus far and will carry him the rest of the distance. Any assistance with donations are welcomed and greatly appreciated in advance. We want most of all, continued prayers for complete healing over his body.
