In Youth With a Mission, each fieldworker and staff have to provide their own staff fees and trust the Lord for provision. In simpler terms, we pay to work. My name is Lidia Kim. I am 20 years old from the USA and currently living in Sydney, Australia. I have served faithfully in an Christian-missionary organisation called Youth With a Mission (YWAM) since 2014, right after I graduated high school. The heart behind the organisation is to train young people to spread love and be of aid wherever they are needed.
I've learned a lot about who I am during these past two years. One of which was the fact that I love being a woman. I love living in a time in history where women's reputations are still being mobilised especially in the work place.
I've been accepted to one of the four major universities in Sydney, Australia, but now I need the funds to get there.
I will be working almost every night by private tutoring high school kids whilst studying, but as Sydney is one of the top 10 most expensive places to live, a lot of my expenses will go straight to living and tuition fees so I still need help.
It is up to you how much you would like to give, whether it is one time or a pledge for a year to aid with my degree, but I ask that you prayerfully consider sharing in His mission in Australia.
