Her husband cannot work because of foot injury

Tom has diabetes which has affected his feet.  At this point the doctors think that foot can be saved, but he is laid up until it heals, estimated at six months.  He and his wife have been maintaining a very modest lifestyle based on two incomes.  The doctors will not allow him to return to work nor authorize disability.  Although his wife took on a second job, that will not allow them to keep up with the bills, especially the very expensive medication not wholly covered by insurance.  At this point they need help to get them over the hump.

What is needed:
$280 copay for one time only meds via IV line right away.
$125 copay for ongoing meds via IV line and insulin injections.
$60 auto repair so Tom's wife can continue to work
$120 washing machine repair
$300 month utilities (Winter is coming on)

Tom's wife has taken charge of his diet so that will help.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
