W dniu 26 lutego 2018 Łukasz niestety odszedł.
Chcemy pomóc jego rodzinie w sprowadzeniu go z powrotem do Polski.
Wszystkie świadczenia zostaną docenione ponieważ jest to bardzo trudny okres dla jego przyjaciół i rodziny.
Był wspaniałym ojcem, przyjacielem i nauczycielem. To dla nas wszystkich ogromna strata.
Hello, my name is Violetta Bugaj. I am Lukasz's and his family's friend. Any donations made here will be paid in my name to Jolanta Rosolowska who is the organiser of Lukasz's funeral and mother of Nicole Puchalska, his daughter.
On 26 February 2018 Łukasz passed away, we are now trying to help his family bring him back to Poland.
Any donation will be appreciated because it is a very difficult time for his friends and family.
He was a big part of the swimming community, a great father, friend and teacher. It is a huge loss for us all.
