To And From Uganda

We have had an amazing experience living in Uganda for the past 9 months volunteering for Beyond Uganda Ministries. We have seen children's futures changed, widowed women start their own business, and most importantly, seen people come to love Christ. While here, we have learned a tremendous amount about the Ugandan culture, what poverty really is, and what is truly important in life. As the end of the year approaches, our time in Uganda is coming to a close. We will greatly miss the people that have become our close friends here in Uganda. But one of the greatest gifts we have received while here is the gift of a new daughter Agnes. We are working towards bringing Agnes home from Uganda. Before she can come to her forever home we have to leave her to go get some adoption things in order. We will be coming back to finish the process and bring her home in the summer.
