Henry James Clarke's Memorial

Hi there...
I am so sorry to say that my father, Henry, has passed away suddenly.
I want to begin by saying the man he was - he loved his music, whether it be Van Halen, Tom Petty, or Lionel Richie. Every morning growing up he would blare his music while we got ready in the morning. He loved to cook - some of his favorites were cooking ribs in the backyard. He loved to sunbathe in the pool for hours (probably where I got it from). He loved the beach - we would go to Moonlight Beach all the time (that was his favorite). We had countless trips to Universal Studios, Disneyland, the list goes on. He always made sure to try his hardest to give us an amazing childhood growing up. He would make us breakfast every morning. He was always the host for our family for holiday gatherings. He loved to host. He would spoil us rotten on Christmas making sure we got everything we asked for!
I remember in my childhood I would help him wash his red corvette - and according to my mom I was a daddy's girl. I would scream for hours but the moment my dad walked in I was perfectly okay.
He loved his beer - Corona's were his favorite. He always had a smile on his face and loved to laugh as I do. I see myself in my father more than I could ever imagine.

The worst tragedy that could ever happen has happened to our family.

My father was going through an extremely tough time in his life. He went from making a six figure salary to losing everything. At one point, we had six vehicles. He lost his job as a manager at Best Buy. He then began a car dealership that failed - causing him to lose everything. He was forced to move in a trailer with his family and live in his father's backyard. And the final straws, his wife and son moved out and he lost his job at Walmart.

He went from having the world to feeling so alone. I wish so, so, so badly that I can go back and do absolutely everything that I could have to prevent this from happening.

My father was going about 80 mph around a turn in Pauma, and slammed directly into a big rig and was pronounced dead on the scene.

If he were to choose where to end it, that red corvette he cherished so much I am sure would be the place.

Henry was loved by so, so, so many. He has touched so many souls during his time here on earth. I hope he is looking from above and can see how loved he is.

Our family does not have the funds to pay for a memorial service or cremation. Me and my sister Ashleigh would like him cremated so that we can wear a necklace and have him with us at all times.

Anything helps.

I love you daddy - forever. I will see you again in Heaven.
