Hendershot's Survival Campaign

These are strange times compelling us to try strange solutions. I am a proud man and these campaigns make me feel awkward, but here we are.
I know many businesses are doing these campaigns in an effort to pay staff, and bills, and all of the other financial obligations that come along with owning/running a business. This is no different. To be honest, business ownership is always a little scary. Will people come in? What if the product is not good, or the band doesn't show up, or someone gets hurt? How many people should I hire? How do I know when to fire someone? Will I ever make a living at this? These are all questions that pass through even the most confident and competent business owners mind. This current situation however, is unprecedented. None of us, no matter how long we have been in business, know how to navigate these waters. It's bigger than all of us. I know we are going to be okay as people, but nothing will be the same when this is over.
We love our community, and have spent 10 years building relationships and creating experiences for the people in it. None of it has been all that lucrative and that's okay, but we sure would like to come out on the other side of this still in tact, and maybe even better than ever. We had an exciting line up of entertainment and events for the spring of our 10th year in business and were actually in line to pay off one of our long standing loans at the end of the month and catch up on another that has a year or so left on it. That is no longer going to happen without the regular operation of all that we do.
I am not in the business of charity so I would like to offer my services in exchange for any "gifts". Here is a list of things I know I can do if you are so inclined to contribute. It may take a little time to do all of these things but I will honor them
- GIFT A $10-$25 I will Sing you a song of your choosing on your birthday. Either over the phone, Skype, or in person or at your office or hell a birthday gram for a friend. With or without accompaniment. OR you can donate for me not to sing;)
-GIFT B $30-$50 I will do a one hour drum or vocal lesson at my studio or at your home, or Nucis space. OR I will do a one on one coffee class with you to show you how to make great at home espresso drinks. AND the GIFT A prize.
-GIFT C $60-$100 Free tickets to any show at Hendershot's and a shout out from our social media for your business or you personally AND the GIFT A and B prize.
-GIFT D $110-$250 Copies of the last 3 albums I've played drums and/or sang on AND GIFT A, B, and C prizes.
-GIFT E $500-$1000 Free drip coffee for 1 year (limit one per day) AND GIFT A, B, C, and D prizes.
-GIFT F $2000 A Private Party with up to 25 people at Hendershot's featuring The Plate Sale catering AND GIFTS A, B, C, D, E
Okay. Thanks for reading this even if you don't or can't give, thank you for continuing to support this business. Whatever happens after this is over we will take solace in the fact that we created some lifelong friendships and memories here in this space, and that is priceless.
