Help Yuri fight rare Lung Cancer!
Yuri Karaushev (60 y.o.) is my beloved father and I can't believe that it happened to our family.
On December 1, 2016 he got to Emergency room at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL with extreme pain in all his body that he could barely walk. Spent there all night and for the next 2 weeks attended hospital. They did CT Scan, MRI, many tests and after all they did biobsy and discovered that he has a CANCER.
He was diagnosed with a rare cancer called LARGE CELL NEUROENDOCRINE LUNG CANCER, HIGH GRADE (IV STAGE). And it has metastasized throughout his body: spine, lumbar, kidney and a brain.
Right now Yuri is facing 4 or more cycles of Chemotherapy and more Radiation treatment. He has already completed 3 Chemotheraphy cycles and a whole cycle (almost 1 month) of Radiation.
After his Radiation and 1st Chemo they repeated MRI scan and discovered that Cancer got a little smaller and we got very excited about it, but all doctors say the desease will never go away. He is still facing lots of medical treatment and prescription drugs and after each Chemotheraphy he feels awful and looks miserable.
Due to this desease he is currently unable to work.
All this money will go toward his medical treatments, apartment rent and to support my dad on his essential life expenses.
Please, PRAY FOR MY FATHER and his family. My dad was the main supporter of income and right now has no income at all. My mom works only 2 days per week and her income is very small.
Right now we are waiting to do an American Citizenship for my dad which will take around 3-6 months. Than we'll apply for disability (again, as they declined him the 1st time) and apply for other program from SSI. Everything requires be an American Citizen. And we are still waiting on Medicaid to cover his high hospital bills. So everything will take around 6 months to 1 year and with their small income is not enought to pay for everything.
We kindly ask for your HELP just for this period of time. Hope for understanding!
And I want to THANKS ALL who already helped! It means a lot to me and my family!
