More help for a young talent

Things are going very well.  The student's health issues seem to be completely under control and a new semester in school starts shortly!  The youngster got A's last semester, is feeling positive, and is registered full time!

Progress has been wonderful, and your help made the difference. 

We are almost done.! Any help will be greatly appreciated, but given how many of you expressed a design for autographed books as a "thank you" for contributing, I'll make the following offer:

Everyone who donates any amount of $10 or more will be eligble for a copy to be randomly awarded of a galley proof of my new novel, King of Ashes! There will be one per week given away, for the next four weeks!  And I will also be giving away a copy of the Hill House very rare edition of Faerie Tale, illustrated by Lela Dowling and cover art by Don Maitz, one each month.

Anyone who donates $50 ($70 outside the US) gets a random autographed paperback.

Anyone who donates $70 ($90 outside the US) gets a hardcover graphic novel from Marvel.

Anyone who donates $100 ($120 outside the US) gets a random autographed hardcover one of my novels and a Marvel Comic.

I’m sorry to have to add the postage surcharge, but it’s gotten ridiculous so that now any “thick envelope” or "small package" costs me more than $25 to mail outside the US.   I also have a few very hard to find rare 1st editions, special editions, and author's poofs (aka galleys, ARC (Advance Readers Copies) etc.) direct message me for details.

Put your contact info in the comments, then check the box next to "Hide my info from all but the organizer" (that's me).   I need a correct, full address--too many people forget St, Ave, Lane, apartment or unit numbers as well, and correct postal codes.  If you live outside the US, Customs now requires a working phone number, so if you don't include that things will be delayed.
