Help us raise ‘The Country House’ of our dreams!!!
Hello, everyone! We at the Ventura Court Theatre in Studio City, California, are putting on a limited summer engagement of The Country House, a play written by Donald Margulies, directed by Alice Carter, and starring Sam Ball, Cami Black, Vincent Duvall, Keythe Farley, Gloria Gruber and London Thor.
We, the cast and crew, would appreciate even the slightest donation to help us pay for costumes, play’s rights, props, and tech support. Please know anything you can give will help brace our aspirations – ‘acting’ like joyful children, all to the delight of a live audience (which we hope includes you!) Man, won’t we have ‘fun!’
So, I hope you’ll go ‘fun’-fund us as we bring these wonderful characters to life in The Country House! Even the smallest donation will help. $10, $20, $50. We’ve estimated that we need $2500 to properly mount this lovely comedy for a two week run this summer. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

$200 will get you a t-shirt with the play’s poster on it (just indicate size and mailing address in your donation message.)
The first person to donate $300 will get the original poster artwork, as created by Michael Haight, a renowned Los Angeles artist. (Check him out at http://haight.space)
Also, time is of the essence as the payment of the play’s rights, which represents over half of our goal of $2500, is due in a few weeks.
