Help this rare disease family

This is my friend Kim Coale from Worcester MA. She's my very good friend, but also one of the most selfless and kind people I know. 
While she looks young and healthy (and beautiful!) , Kim battles pain every day due to illness, all while trying to work and support her family.  
Kim has a rare and chronic illness, called Ehler's Danlos Sydrome, which causes a lot of pain and affects the connective tissues in her body. Because of this illness, she also has POTS, or Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, which alters her heart rate and can make her blood pressure very low and unstable. 
Just recently, Kim was hospitalized twice within a short period of time. Doctors are unsure what happened to her, but what they do know is that her illnesses made everything worse. She was in tremendous pain, and her heart rate and blood pressure were really abnormal. She had fluids and blood around her heart, and it was unclear if surgery would be necessary. Their best guess, was that Kim had a microscopic tear in her heart, causing pericarditis which was exacerbated by her EDS and POTS.
Due to these hospitalizations, Kim has been unable to keep up with her pet care business. Her clients have been very understanding, but she will be unable to work for quite some time due to her need to recover, and, quite honestly, the physical demands of walking the dogs she loves take a huge toll on her body because of her medical conditions. She could really use a break!
It's hard for Kim to ask for help. She gives to people a whole lot more than she asks for in return or is willing to take. She's not only the best friend you could ask for, but she cares deeply for others, the environment, and human rights. She runs her own activist group, Generation Do Good, encouraging others to be involved in their community and scheduling community service events.
You'll see her give her time to places like Community Harvest Project (which grows and distributes food to the poor), and cleaning trash at local parks and playgrounds in Worcester. She stands together with others at rallies, to support the rights of all people, and to teach her son and those she loves that doing good for others requires the self sacrifice of time, efforts, and love. She is giving and generous naturally; she loves her friends and family with the biggest heart you could imagine. 
At this time, Kim and her small family, including her devoted husband Bill, and their fun loving and sweet 5 year old son, need a little help to move closer to Kim's parents who live in Kingston MA. Being unwell, and struggling through the pain of chronic illness is a very hard battle. Kim needs more help and support from her family, to help with tasks that she doesn't feel well enough to do, and to offer some aid with the challenge of raising a young child. 
The money from this fundraiser will go to Kim and her family so she can put it towards the cost of moving to Kingston to be with her family.
Her parents love them so much, but the distance makes it hard to offer more help. They do all they can and travel as necessary, but it would be such a huge blessing for Kim and her family to be able to move closer to those who love her most.
