House Fire Help

Please help the Szenda family as they recover from a fire that caused significant damage to their home of 16 years. 

Between 3-3:30 AM on Saturday, August 12th, the Szenda's townhome, along with 3 other joint townhomes,  caught fire in Schaumburg, Illinois. At this time, the cause of the fire is unknown. 

Thankfully, everyone is okay, but they have lost most of their assets, including their car, due to fire and water damage.  

The Red Cross has provided some food and funds to get them through the next couple of days, and they are currently staying at a family friends until further notice. 

Donations from this page will go toward clothing, food, temporary housing,  household and essential supplies indefinitely... until they are able to go back home, which could be months.
