Help the Hays

On Tuesday May 3rd the Hays lives changed forever. Ian Hays' mother and father were in a motorcycle accident. His mother was transported to the hospital with severe injuries, and his father passed away. Ian and his wife Katie are now faced with helping care for his mother in Kettle Falls, organizing travel arrangements and lodging for their extended family and friends, while helping transport all of them to Kettle Falls from Spokane Airport and planning a memorial service on top of their indescribable loss. Ian is a deputy with the Spokane County Sheriff's Office and has dedicated his life to serving and protecting others. His wife Katie just finished nursing school and also has dedicated her life to helping others. They are on a very tight financial budget and now have had to work through all of this. They need our help. We are trying to raise funds to help with the large amount of cost this family has and will continue to endure.
