Help the Gardners

Sadly, a former student of mine has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia. Tony is an active 10 year old boy, who loves to learn, and loves to laugh even more. He is a strong, athletic kid, and he isn't going to let this road bump get in the way of his dreams. As you may imagine, the amount of cost can be very overwhelming for a family in such a situation.   The staff of Thoreau School and I are launching a campaign to donate all of our school fundraisers to do our part!  Please do all you can during this giving season to help this wonderful family that is TRULY in need!  Any amount will help, and feel free to spread the word!  If you aren't able to donate, please keep Tony and his family in your thoughts and prayers!!
