Help support The Duke

As some of you know, out of the blue on Christmas night my dog, Duke, started to cough really bad and started throwing up thick blood. We rushed him to the ER Vet because we knew something wasn’t right. After waiting at the vet for a few hours while they ran some tests and took x-rays, we were told he had a large mass near his heart/lungs and they think there is a 90% chance he has cancer. I don’t/won’t know much more about what is going on with him until more testing is done. (Type of cancer, life expectancy, treatment options, etc).  We are trying to get help for the testing (blood tests, ultrasound & CT) to find out what type of cancer he has, how fast/if it is spreading and what treatment options Duke has to move forward.

Duke is looking for help from his friends, family & anyone who would be able to help figure out what is going on with him. Anything helps and is appreciated.

Duke is only 6. He is still playful and i would have never even guessed he was sick if he didn’t start throwing up. This mass definitely snuck up on us.
