Slater suffers from Quadriplegia Spastic Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. We are raising money to get Slater Wayne Puckett, Stem Cell treatment in AZ from his own body. As you may know we have already under gone 1 treatment and we are very pleased and excited to see more improvements in Slater. Seeing what an impact this treatment has done for Slater and his friend Corbin, so far we would like to do a second treatmentin six month's from now.
After the Stem Cell Therapy, The Doctor recommends Slater to receive Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy always after having stem cell because it heals the cells faster. Funding is needed for the procedures, housing, flight, rental car, meals, time off work, etc. With all of this also comes surgeries in a year and co-payments. We also would like to buy Slater his first bike. He loves to ride his bike at school and its a very good therapy tool. There are many things that are not covered by insurance that our special boy needs. Please help our son get the therapy he needs! He is the man and with this he will start to be the "big boy" he strives to be everyday. Slater has changed all of our families lives for ever!! We are so thankful to have his sunshine in our life.
