Everything was going well for Dennis and Sherry.  They were happily married and planning for their future when Sherry scheduled a routine medical procedure.  This was a little more than a year ago.Sherry suffered a devastating stroke during the prodedure.  In addition to  neurological damage, the stroke also left Sherry unable to breathe on her own. Sherry now requires a breathing tube (trach) in order to survive.   



Dennis has been at Sherry's side every second of the day.  For a full year, Dennis slept in Sherry's room while she was an inpatient at respiratory and rehabilitation facilities.  But now it's time to go home.




Dennis and Sherry are humbly seeking help obtaining therapists to help take care of Sherry at home.  Unfortunately, the required services aren't covered by medical insurance or government health care plans.
