Help save Sushi's eyes

Donation protected
Dear all,

I am a friend of @sushisamoyed 's family and saw that he was in need of donations for his cataracts surgery. This is an emergency as he will go blind if left untreated.
Gofundme does not work in their country (Macedonia) so I decided to open a gofundme page for them from Austria since people are finding it hard to donate through PayPal.

(I SUGGEST you check out the links and back-story I have provided below for more information)
Sushi is a victim of being poisoned by someone which has become a major issue in Macedonia and a lot of animals are dying because of this. Sushi almost died but was saved on time and now is facing problems such a liver damage, diabetes and more recently cataracts. The eye surgery is unavailable in Macedonia so it must be done abroad,in Bulgaria. The surgery costs will estimate 2000 € for both eyes including pre& post-surgery treatment, medications, tests, traveling and staying/accommodation abroad (in Bulgaria),  All donations are highly appreciated. I hope we can all save Sushi as soon as possible.
We will be providing photos and information on Sushi's journey/surgery/recovery etc, in order to keep everyone updated.
Thank you on behalf of me, Sushi and his family!

Longer back-story:

End of July, the dog suddenly became ill (swollen throat, high temperature, vomit, diarrhea), was not moving or eating as much. The vet gave him antibiotic shots for 3 days and after analysis was done, it showed that he had high blood sugar about 21. He was taken to another vet where he completed a biochemistry test which showed that his main problem is the liver (very damaged), secondary problem his pancreas, supposedly Liver intoxication from a pill perhaps (for months now in Macedonia a group of people are poisoning dogs). The ultrasounds showed his liver to be “old as a dog of age 10”, keep in mind he was 5-6 months. He was on IV therapy twice a day until all toxins were removed. Ever since, his blood sugar did not normalize. We started with insulin shots MIXTARD PENFILL but now we are giving him insulin shots LANTUS SOLOSTAR GLARGIN.  We have been doing a lot of research these past few months, studies show that chances of a young dog becoming diabetic are very low. Additionally, we have read that liver issues can cause hyperglycemia and if other underlying issues are not cured, the dog will continue to be hyperglycemic. Then again, he might just be unlucky and is in fact diabetic. The vet says that in order to diagnose a dog as diabetic, all other issues should be gone, and if he still remains diabetic, then we can know for sure that he has that problem. Nonetheless, Sushi currently is having such issues so that should be taken into consideration. Few months ago, Sushi started having eye problems. He injured his right eye while playing and then I noticed that on his left eye, his nictitating membrane was showing and his eye had the appearance of exotropia. Eyes had some kind of allergy but on top of that, his left eye was diagnosed with Uveitis Anterior and both eyes with low intraocular pressure. The moment we started using the eye drops we noticed a grayish film in his lens, prior to this he was not diagnosed with cataracts. He was checked up after we had finished the eye drops, and he was diagnosed with cataracts on both eyes ( left eye-more mature cataracts/ right eye- initial stage, but has developed a bit recently). The ophthalmologist (specialist) explained that once we dilated the eye with eye drops and once the eye was relaxed and not in pain, we were able to see gray lens. Both his eyes had low intraocular pressure, but as of recent the pressure on his right eye has increased/normalized while the pressure on the left remained low( left eye is being treated with eye drops in order to increase IOP). The ophthalmologist in KU,Macedonia is only able to perform the classic cataracts surgery (without IO lenses, in this case the dog will not be able to see 100% clearly but rather just silhouettes of objects) and informed us that cataracts surgery with lenses for dogs is not available in Macedonia and  can be done closest in Bulgaria.
