One day like the others came from work, he was at home, he didn't do anything out of the ordinary, at night he began to feel pain in his stomach, but he didn't give it so much importance because he thought it was an infection or stomach upset.

The next day, he woke up with very strong pain, tried to stand up and fell to the ground. Later we proceeded to call an ambulance, which took Josué to the Humber River Hostpital, where he received an assessment, the result was that it was an infection, so the doctors began to provide medication to counteract the infection and pain, apparently everything was going well until the next day (Saturday) that the pain increased and his hemoglobin plummeted. Josue was transferred to the emergency area where a day after his arrival an internal hemorrhage was detected, therefore, he underwent blood transfusions (seven in total during the entire procedure of searching for the hemorrhage), the days passed and the doctors could not find the location of the bleeding, until the passage of 6 days was that they performed an emergency operation to find it, until today its cause is not known (April 11), the samples were sent to pathology.

The result of the operation was successful, but it caused damage to other parts of the body, due to the numerous blood transfusions, medicines, and serums that were incorporated for two weeks, (Well, he was intubated) Josue had fluid retention throughout the body, especially in the feet, which were not able to drain all the fluids, this decreased blood circulation in his feet, Hope to be able to recover the circulation of both limbs but it was not achieved, currently (May 28) Josué is waiting for an operation to amputate both feet since for the time that a foot has passed he developed a type of gangrene that puts Joshua at risk, it is not yet known exactly at what height the amputation will be carried out, it will be carried out on  (8 July) Josue is in the recovery process, now he who can walk again is going to start, for this he will need some prostheses that are valued at 25,000 lolars so that he can recover his mobility as much as possible, unfortunately No 'It has the necessary resources to be able to acquire them. Since he and his mother cannot work for the care that is needed and the help for their mobility. Un día al igual que los otros llegó de trabajar, estaba en su casa, no hizo nada fuera de lo usual, en la noche comenzó sentir dolor en el estómago, pero no le dió tanta importancia pues pensó que se trataba de una infección o malestar estomacal.
Al día siguiente, despertó con dolores muy fuertes, intentó ponerse de pie y cayó al suelo. Posteriormente procedimos a llamar una ambulancia, la cual os traslado al Humble River Hostpital, en donde recibió una valoración, el resultado fue que se trataba de una infección, por lo que los doctores comenzaron a suministrar medicamento para contrarrestar la infección y dolor, aparentemente todo iba bien hasta el día siguiente (Sábado) que los dolores aumentaron y su hemoglobina se desplomó. Se procedió al traslado de Josue al área de urgencias en donde un día después de su llegada se le detectó una hemorragia interna , por consiguiente, le realizaron transfusiones de sangre (siete entre total durante la todo el procedimiento de búsqueda de la hemorragia), pasaban los días y los doctores no lograban encontrar la ubicación del sangrado, hasta el paso de 6 días fue que le realizaron una operación de emergencia para hallarla, donde final mente dieron con la causa del sangrado, al parecer un tipo de conjunto venoso, el cual incluso para los médicos es muy raro, hasta hoy no se conoce su causa (11 abril), las muestras fueron enviadas a patología.

El resultado de la operación fue exitoso, pero causó daño a otras partes del cuerpo, debido a las numerosas transfusiones sanguíneas, medicamentos, y sueros que se le incorporaron por dos semanas, (Pues se encontraba intubado) Josue tuvo retención de líquidos en todo el cuerpo, especialmente en los pies, los cuales no se lograron drenar todos los líquidos, esto disminuyó la circulación sanguínea en sus pies, pese a que se sometió a dos cirugías en cada pie, no se logró recuperar la circulación, posteriormente se sometió a un tratamiento de oxigenación en una cámara hiperbarica por casi dos semanas con la esperanza de poder recuperar la circulación de ambas extremidades pero no se consiguió, actualmente (28 de mayo) Josué está en espera de una operación para amputar ambos pies ya que por el tiempo que ha pasado un pie desarrollo un tipo de gangrena que pone en riesgo a Josué, aún no se sabe con exactitud a qué altura se llevará a cabo la amputación, está se realizará el martes 30 de mayo(8 de Julio) Josue está en proceso de recuperación, ahora se va a poner en marcha el que pueda volver a caminar de nuevo, para esto necesitará unas prótesis que están valuadas 25,000 dólares para que el pueda recuperar su movilidad en la mayor cantidad posible, desafortunadamente no cuenta con los recursos necesarios para poder adquirirlas. Ya que el y su mamá no pueden trabajar por el cuidado que se necesita y la ayuda para su movilidad.
