help me with my sick cat, oreo:(

suddenly my 4 year old cat oreo has become very sick with a blocked urinary tract which can lead to deathly infection if not treated. i’m just seeking all the help i can get to help pay his vet bills of $2500 that came so suddenly :( anything helps thank you❤️
