Help Raise for my mother's funeral

My name is Kimberly Anokwuru and I live in Houston Tx. I am also a college student. "I created this page to help raise money for not only my mother's funeral and storage fees, but to take legal actions against the individual who cut her life short." We have been looking for our mother "Agatha Anokwuru" also known as "Hollywood" since Thursday night (April 5th 2018). My brother Jesse Anokwuru, dropped her off at Fellowship. We kept calling her phone that night and it continued going straight to voicemail. We went to her home Friday and there was no one there. We called the police that same day and made a report. We just received a phone call from the investigators Monday morning, that she was struct by a car and killed.  The police have not given us enough informtion on what happened. We are trying to persue legal actions against the driver and whomever involved. She was taken away from us too soon, and we feel as though the driver was distracted in some manner to take someone's life away.  We still have to figure out what to do with her home and all of her worldly items. We love our mother way too much to even con sider throwing anything away. The feeling my family has is truly heartbreaking. She meant the world to us and many others. Her four children including Jesse Anokwuru, Vanessa Anokwuru, Ashley Anokwuru, and myself will miss her with all our hearts. She was taken away from us too soon in life. She would pray every single day for not only herself, but so many others. I know she is walking in Heaven now. She was a fierce Evangalist  We are hoping to get justice for our mom and give her a proper send off. The hospital gave us less than a month to figure out what we are doing with her body or they will do whatever to her, as if she nothing. We also have to secure all of her worldly items from her home.
