We have been evicted from our manufactured home here in Bend. We own the home but rent the land. We have found a place to move our home to in Redmond on a farm that is owned by Virginia Sanders. She is going to charge us $600 a month.
We are currently living in the Bethlehem Inn here in Bend.
We are working with Neighborimpact on renting and deposit assistance. The only thing is they don't assist with moving a manufactured home. It will cost my family $3500 to move our home. We don't want to lose it as the landlord wants to keep it.
We have so many family memories in our home.Living in a homeless shelter for the past 3 weeks and 1 week in a motel has been really hard on us. We have 3 children. We want to get our home moved and get to living again. The holidays are upon us and we don't know how we can afford this. I have a full time job at Mosaic Medical in Bend. I have lost hope and I am trying to stay positive, however I don't know how to make this happen. Is there anyway you could help even a little we would be soever grateful.
We paid our rent to him. He just wanted us out because of an inspection. He wants our home so he can charge $1000 per month instead of our $350 a month rent. If he owned our home he would make more profit. Please help us.
