Help for the Jones family

On November 10, Michael Jones suffered a devastating stroke. He's 45 and the father of two of the sweetest kids you'll ever know; when their father, a former college football star and a pillar of strength, fell, Xander was 8, and Dagny was 6.
I have known Kimberly (Xander and Dagny's mother and Michael's wife) since the kids were born. Anyone who has had the great good fortune to meet Kimberly has, indeed, been blessed--she is one of the kindest, most giving people, with a reflexive instinct to see how she can help others before thinking of herself. Well, she and her family need our help now.
Michael has been in and out of the hospital and a variety of acute rehab facilities and was recently discharged to a (presumably temporary) skilled nursing facility. When he goes home, he will likely need round-the-clock care. The family hasn't just suffered the loss of an active father--they have also lost a source of income--it is impossible to imagine that Michael will ever work again, and the bills keep coming. Thankfully, Kimberly has good insurance through work, so the medical bills have not been crippling, as they often are.
But the Jones family needs our help for tuition payments so the kids can stay at St. Mary's next year (and that community rallied around this family so fast and so fiercely, it would be a terrible shame if the kids had to leave the only school they've known at a time of already too much upheaval), for summer break camp costs (all of Kimberly's time off from work has to be spent caring for Michael), and for house expenses (as they look to retrofitting in light of Michael's profound limitations).
