Pls Help Marc get Stem Cell Surgery

This young man, my brother was diagnosed with a rare degenerative disease at the young age of 19. He was told he may not live to see 25.
Thanks to God his degenerative disease began laying dormant, only after disabling his left and right arms (from elbow to finger tips), and he is now 33 years old and still survivng.
He has been unable to work and dance with his beautiful daughter that always dream of. The state has determined he is permanently disabled with no cure.
