Help Lucy

On June 26,  Lucy suffered a Fibrocartilaginous Embolism (FCE) stroke in her spinal cord that left her unable to walk.

A recent cancer survivor, Lucy had a stroke suddenly while playing her favorite game of fetch. She was taken immediately to the vet who performed various evaluations to determine Lucy's condition and chance of recovery.

The great news is that she has a wonderful chance for substantial recovery with plenty of care and rehabilitation. The vet bills have been
astronomical. Her loving owner, Chelsea, has already spent thousands of dollars for Lucy's visits.

Lucy is only 7 years old and has a lot of life yet to live . Chelsea has made Lucy the center of her world giving her endless love and support.  She wants to keep Lucy well which sadly comes with a huge financial burden. Her prognosis is good and the money donated will help pay for the emergency care she received and will help pay for the months of rehabilitation ahead of her.
