Lilia is a nine year old girl, Lilia belongs to the EFBA family and everybody who knows her will tell you she is a real sunshine !
Khadija, Lilia's mom is one of our précious and devoted teacher.
On tuesday March 8th, after a PTA meeting at John Muir Elementary School , Lilia and her mom got hit by a car as they were on the crosswalk.
Lilia is now at the hospital with severe injuries, had to go through a very long surgery and will be in and extented recovery / rehab.
Lilia and Khadija are our friends and a part of our community. We know it could happen to any of us and because we do care, we want to help them facing all the hospital and rehabilitation bills that are coming.

Mardi 8 mars, la sortie d'une réunion de parents d'élèves à John Muir Elementary school de Berkeley, Lilia et sa maman ont été renversées par un taxi qui ne les a pas vues sur le passage piéton.
Lilia a été sévèrement bléssée et a du être hospitalisée.
Après une lourde opération, Lilia va devoir etre en convaléscence pour un très long moment.
Lilia et sa maman sont nos amis, ils font partie de notre communauté. Nous savons que ceci pourrait arriver à chacun de nous et parce qu'ils comptent enormément pour nous, nous souhaitons les aider à faire face à toutes les lourdes dépenses à venir.
Si par hasard vous vous sentez concernés, et si bien sûr vous pouvez le faire, alors tous vos dons seront les bienvus.
