Help Karishma battle Leukemia

On September 12, Karishma went to the Doctor to do some bloodwork for a cold that wouldn't go away. Her blood work results showed she has Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia, which is a cancer of the white blood cells in her bone marrow. She finished her first round of Leukemia treatment with almost 4 weeks of hospitalization. She is entering her next phase of chemotherapy treatment. She is facing 8 months of chemotherapy where she will be going to Sacramento (Monday through Friday) and Roseville (Weekends) daily for a 5 hour chemo delivery process.

As many of you know, Karishma just recently went back to work after being a stay at home mom to Ilika for the last two years. Because she did not have employment for the last 18 months, she was denied State Disability Insurance. After assessing our current situation and with me as her caregiver and her in daily chemotherapy, we've realized we can't do this alone. We are asking for your help.
