Help Jeff win the battle!

Please meet Jeff!  He lives for his family.  He is a proud husband, loving father and grandfather.  Some of his happiest moments are spent with his children and grandchildren.  He loves to fish and spend time with family and friends. 
When hurricane Harvey was headed to shore, Jeff was headed home to battle his own storm, newly discovered cancer.  After months and month of chemotherapy and radiation, Jeff had the surgery to remove the cancer, and underwent more treatments and physical therapy. But finally the day came, Jeff got to ring the bell and was determined to be cancer free.  Now it was time to get back to living!  So Jeff returned to work and was diving in head first with a vengeance, like he always does!  Feeling a little under the weather didn't hold him down, he was back at work and happy to be there.  But his cough got worse and his wife convinced him to go to the doctor, which brings us to today.  The doctor has found spots on his lungs and he is now headed home for answers.  Let's show Jeff some love, let's help him find answers!  Please help me to help him with the medical bills that he will incur.  Let's help him WIN!
