Help Jane get healthy

I am collecting on behalf of my friend Jeff from Kenya, father of 4, whose daughter is seriously ill needing to get a liver transplant in India so that she could live a healthy life.
This is the message from Jeff:
Jane Wacuka Warui,14 yrs old old girl from Nakuru {wanyororo A} was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis when she was only seven months old.As ababy she began falling falling sick,when the tests were done at KNH,she found to have portal hypertension and Idiopathic chronic liver disease.The disease has been managed over the years through medication and regular follow up at KNH.
Liver biopsies done between 2004 and 2006 showed liver cirrhosis.But she has been stable.However during routine checkup she was found to have a decompensated liver disease including jaundice,ascites,odema and cyanosis.Her liver function tests now remain elevated.
Doctors have recommended urgent liver transplant.The liver transplant can only be done outside the country due to lack of such facilities in Kenya.The illness have drained us financially over the years with countless sessions of endoscopic scherotherapy and banding of varices costing upto 10000khs per procedure,which are countless.
We are appealing to the friends and well wishers to help in this because the estimated cost of the liver transplant,facilitation and treatment thereafter is 7million ksh (= 57k eur), to enable Jane lead a normal life. The illiness has continued to affect her studies significantly.
