Tough Mudder for U.S. Disabled Veterans

I am competing in the Tough Mudder this October to support the Northport Veterans Hospital Transportation Department. This organization is quite close to me, My Father Colonel Dennis Krulder a decorated Vietnam War Hero has dedicated his life to serving United States Veterans. His first goal was to ensure that those returning big from active duty received better treatment then he received Pom returning from Vietnam. Working with many of the volunteers he organizes on a daily the transportation for our veterans to the hospital for their scheduled doctors appointments. My Fathers vans run all throughout New York and all together he has over 200 vans on the road each day. Although I have not served in the U.S. Military I have thought about how I can give back, I wondered what could I possibly do to thank someone who put it all on the line for me, most likely someone they never even met. Then I realized they are doing his not only for but for my family, I am eternally grateful. Now it's one to out my money where my mouth is and complete the Tough Mudder course in October. My oak is to raise between $2500 and $3000 for the transportation program. Please help me in giving back to those who gave so much.
