Helping out Santa

On November 10, 2017 at 3:21 a.m. Murdo Fire Department received a call reporting a structure fire North West of Okaton. When the firemen heard the address they knew right away that it was Dale Buxcel’s (Santa Clause’s) house. You may know Buxcel by his white beard and jolly spirit, he has served as Santa Clause in the Sioux Falls mall for 22 years. Unfortunately all of Buxcel’s belongings were lost in the fire, the only remaining items are those that he brought to Sioux Falls. The Murdo Fire Department set up this go fund me page to help Buxcel with costs of rebuilding and replacing everything when he comes home from Sioux Falls.
