Helping Lynda

Lynda has always been there for others until an autoimmune disease started To diminish the quality of her life 4 years ago. It started with a sore on her left shin that wouldn't heal, that exponentially grew to a 12 x 12cm open wound that threatened her leg. It was first diagnosed as an autoimmune skin disorder, now it affects her kidneys and blood. When the treatments didn't work fast enough they got more invasive and suggested more toxic drug therapies. However, no one seemed to know what caused it was interested in finding out. So we started doing our own research, consulting with doctors and healers from a variety bod disciplines, including naturopaths, homeopaths and other researchers. We also took courses through the institute of functional medicine, which all pointed to the same issues, disruption of her body on a cellular level due to mercury and chemical toxicity, and an imbalance in the inner terrain of the GI tract.
Of course these were being overlooked and ignored by her conventional Mds. We found a functional medicine doctor in CT that understood and was trying to help, but Lynda's health took a turn for the worse, due to a intensely stressful event in our lives. A year ago, an improperly extracted abscesses tooth spread the infection to my brain almost killing me requiring emergency brain surgery followed by 2 weeks in the hospital, 6 weeks of lost work, and 50,000 in hospital bills.
