I am asking friends and family to help make a dream happen. I have been working with an amazing organization in Nairobi, Kenya. STICK —> Star Talent Innovation Club Kabiro is located in the slums of Nairobi, working with youth to inspire and provide opportunity through creativity, mentorship, connection, and skill-building. I had the opportunity to meet the founder almost 10 years ago and have been in contact ever since, following their progress, collaborating on initiatives, and helping where I can to support this incredible work. There are so many projects under their umbrella. They have recently partnered with a national hip hop band to raise awareness about their mission and collaborate on reaching more youth across the country. And they need to raise funds quickly in order to travel to be there. The plan is to use the funds towards travel for 5 (one mentor and 4 youth), videographer/photographer for promotion, purchase a banner, and T-shirts for their organization.
