Help Tommy fight brain damage

Donation protected
I am creating this campaign to help the baby boy of my cousin and his wife, Alex & Denise Spinoche, get the treatment he needs in order to fight brain damage at birth.

Dear Donors, please bear in mind the exchange rate between EUR and Norwegian Krona: 1 EUR = 9.9 Kr

Here is their story:
Our little boy Thomas came like a mirracle, when, after 3 years of waiting, we almost lost hope of ever being blessed to be parents. All tests showed a normal pregnancy and normal baby development.Thomas was born at term, but prolonged lack of oxygen at birth led to severe brain damage, still hard to quantify.
Resuscitation was needed, as well as an induced coma for almost a month backed by a cooling therapy to help reduce the brain edema.  Our hearts were broken forever when the diagnosis came: severe hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy (HIE), a "desease" with no cure and permanent life lasting consequences.
Thomas is 7 months old now, but consequences of oxygen deprivation are seen every day: he weights only 5 kg and cannot eat by himself, he must be fed through a tube through the nose into his tinny stomach, causing him to vomit on a regular basis. HIE comes with multiple side effects, all of which Thomas is fighting on a daily basis: under-development of motor skills,  hearing and visual impairment, a weak

imune system that already sent Thomas back to the hospital 3 times and the worst and most common, cerebral palsy.
For the last 7 months, baby Thomas went through daily physiotherapy, meant to improve his motor skills and sucking instinct, with the hope that one day he will be able to eat and walk as normal as possible.
Treatments such as hyperbaric therapy (pure oxygen therapy) and stem cells injections, although highly recommended by doctors and with incredible results, are not funded by the Maltese health system and are beyound  our financial means.
Thomas is schedulled for the first session of hyperbaric therapy in Manchester in January, thus raising part of the funds in short time is an urgent matter.
Depending on the outcome, stem cells therapy will follow. We tried to reach several hospitals in Europe to asses the costs of such therapy and average estimation goes around 20 000 - 45 000 EUR, not including the parents' expenses with accomodation for the period of treatment.
Our savings have slowly dried up and we must now work part-time and take turns in prividing full care to our beloved son, who needs us more than ever.
We are realistic and we know our son will have to fight for his well being every single day of his life. And we are determined to do everything in our power to help him. Even if this means reaching up to you, generous people all over the world, to help us give our son the best care and medical help he can receive.
Thus, any donation, contacts to foundations that can support or hospitals performing stem cells injections pro-bono would be more than welcome.
