Helping the Winers in time of need.

I'm starting this story from the very beginning.
Walter and I found out we were pregnant, at 430am after I took a pregnancy test.
The next day I went in for an ultrasound, all they saw was an empty sac, making them think it was possibly a chemical pregnancy.
So here comes all the blood work and the waiting. We got a call 5 days later telling us it was a viable pregnancy!! We were thrilled.
Fast forward 4 weeks and I started bleeding, called my OB and they were able to get me in to see what was going on. Thats when I (because of COVID my husband couldn't come) found out we were having TWINS, and thats also when they found my subchronic hemorrhage. (The hemorrhage was so big it looked like a third baby)
The next week was my original ultrasound we went in the twins were looking perfect, and the bleed was no longer there, which meant it dissolved.(this was at 8 weeks.)
The weeks to follow everything was normal, just the usual morning sickness.
Fast forward to me being 13 weeks (last week)
I woke up in the middle of the night to cramps and bleeding heavily (worse nightmare) went to the E.R. was told it was a possible miscarriage and was sent to ultrasound.
The tech was sweet enough to tell me that both babies had a heartbeat. She also saw that I had another subchronic hemorrhage this time it was on top of Baby B's sac. It was measuring 7cm.
I followed up with my OB a day later and the hemorrhage had went from 7cm to 2cm. Which was literally a miracle.  The bleeding had slowed the cramping had stopped. We were in the clear at least that was what I was hoping!
Then 2 days later I started bleeding heavily again and cramping. This was Saturday night.
Fast forward to Monday and I went back to the OB, when doing my ultrasound he could see that my cervix was dilated and that my subchronic hemorrhage was bigger.
I'm now on bedrest until further notice and will be seen weekly to be monitored.

This is leaving a lot of strain on my husband who just started a new job 2 weeks ago.
My short term disability hasn't been approved yet.
We've been asked by multiple people how they can help and right now this is all we can think about. We know with Christmas right around the corner not much can be spared.
We just want to ask for prayers to keep our baby boys healthy..
Thank you.
