Helping the Knoche family

The family of SASHA WINSTON KNOCHE and BRANDON KNOCHE are appealing to friends and family to contribute to the staggering medical bills incurred over the last few years. This need has been increased dramatically because Sasha suffered a massive stroke on August 7th. Sasha and Brandon are the parents of two daughters, ages 19 and 15, and twin boys who are 9. These kids are anxiously awaiting their mom to return home.
Finally, after several days of waiting for Sasha to be brought out of an induced coma, she has begun to exhibit small signs of awareness through opening her eyes and squeezing and releasing her left hand upon command. She is still in critical condition and will require 24-hour acute care for an indefinite period of time.
As mentioned above, this young family has already incurred huge medical care debt due to previous and ongoing illnesses that Sasha and their son have been experiencing for many years.  One of their sons was born with a condition Chiari Malformation which is serious and has required brain/spinal surgery. In addition, this young man also deals with daily Juvenile Diabetes. 
As we all know, stress is a deterrent to recovery in many instances. Much help is needed by this struggling family to help offset some of this major debt and relieve a bit of the stress they are living with every day. Sasha has many family members and friends praying for her. We, the family, are hoping that you will keep them all in your prayers and, if possible, donate to their cause.
