Helping the homeless in Paris/Aider les sans abri

I have been living in Paris for awhile now and I have realised that there is quite a number of people who are unable to support themselves and they end up in the streets of Paris.
More than 12,000 people sleep on the streets of France and 3000 of them are in Paris alone. In 2018, 566 homeless died nationwide.
We can help to prevent this from happening.
With this project, we aim to bring food and warmth to these individuals and help out. We are unable to provide them with a shelter however, the plan is to make their lives a little easier with the help of basic necessities like socks, blankets, coats , food and drinks.
We would be packing these items into a bag and passing them out to the people.
EVENT DETAILS:
Every last sunday of the month starting from 26th January 2020, We will organise an event to bring a group of volunteers to hand out food, winter necessities to give out these items to them.
These volunteers would be heading out on different routes in Paris giving out these packets to people in need.
This is when we wish to ask for your help. Every single bit of donation would help out the folks in need. A little bit goes a long way.
5 euros to you does not seem like a lot, but to someone else it would be a pair of socks or even warm hat.
From now till the start of our project we hope everyone would help out. Because
Without your help, we WOULD NOT be able to push this project forward to help those in need.
