<div>While selflessly stopping to help someone whose car had gone off the road, Scott was struck by another vehicle in a devastating accident.  In a moment that reflects exactly who he is-kind, compassionate, and always willing to help others-he put someone else first, and it nearly cost him his life.

<div>Scott sustained severe, life-threatening injuries and is currently in the hospital, sedated and intubated.  He has already undergone/will undergo multiple procedures/surgeries, and his road to recovery will be long and uncertain.

<div>Right now, our family is focused on being by his side, supporting him through every step of this fight.  As you can imagine, the emotional toll is overwhelming-but so is the financial burden that comes with critical care, ongoing treatments, and time away from work.
