Helping the DeVito’s

On Monday, January 29th the Kevin, Laura, Dominick and Anthony DeVito started their Monday like any other day.  However, in the early evening hours, their home caught fire and suffered a substanial amount of damage.  Kevin has been a dedicated fireman for over 20 years and is Ex-Chief of the East Farmingdale Fire Department.  To have a loss like this happen to a family who selflessly has given so much to our community over the years, leaves me at a loss for words. 
While the house is not a total loss, there is a lot to repair.  They will be out of their home for a minimum of 3-6 months.  The family will incur a lot of unexpected expensenses during this time.  Many of you have reached out to see what can be done.  If it's $1 or $20 you are contributing to a family who genuinely appreciates it and will never forget your kindness.  On behalf of the DeVito family, thank you for sharing and donating.  Please send them lots of love, prayers and positive thoughts in this difficult journey.
