Hi, my name is Yvonne, and I’m reaching out to make a heartfelt difference for the homeless in Swift Current. Winters here are brutally cold, with temperatures plunging as low as -35°C. Sadly, there are people in our community forced to sleep in tents during these freezing nights. It’s heartbreaking, but together, we can change that.

Here’s the plan: our local motels have empty rooms, and with the holiday season coming up, we have an incredible opportunity to give these individuals not just warmth, but hope. Your generous support will help provide safe shelter, hot meals, and basic essentials that can truly transform their lives this winter.

The city I live in has a small homeless population, but our work doesn’t stop here. Just two hours away in Saskatoon, over 3,000 individuals face homelessness, enduring the same harsh conditions. With your help, I hope to expand our reach and bring warmth and relief to those in need there as well.
