Hi, my name is Kwesi Millington

I'm a Global Youth Resilience & Mental Health speaker who travels (mostly in Canada and the USA) helping students, educators and high-stress organizations build confidence, resilience and positive well-being.

I've spoken to thousands of students worldwide, and when I do so in-person, I love the conversations I have with students, principals etc. However, there are times when I feel that I could do more than just deliver motivational keynotes and workshops.

There is so much need in so many communities, and many ways I'd like to help, so I've been looking out lately for ways to do that. Here are some of the ways I'm thinking of:

--> Taking students out to what I call "dream days": events and activities that they may not otherwise get a chance to do.

--> Teacher appreciation prizes to reward some our society's hardest working and under-appreciated professionals

--> Community donations for families who are struggling with the ability to provide clothing, food and permanent shelter to their family

This last one is why I'm raising funds over the next few days. In early December 2024, I'll be visiting one of the schools and providing a donation to help families within the community to purchase winter clothing, supplies and food.
