Helping Rickie

On May 3, 2017 my daddy Rickie Murff was diagnosed with stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma ( lung cancer ). The doctor told me that it's as bad as it gets he may have 2 weeks to 6 months to live and for me to make preparations now. These past few weeks have been so difficult. He does NOT have any kind of insurance therefore I'm trying to pay for all the medications and doctor visits that he has. Just last week we went to see his oncologist and he told my dad he has good news the cancer isn't in his Kidney. And he recommended him to do 6-8 weeks of radiation everyday and chemo once a week. He gave us a 20% chance of hope. But all of that has changed now. I went to get his medical records and to ask them to prescribe him some pain medication. I also had questions for them about the chemo and radiation treatments they wanted him to do. And for the first time ever they told me the severity of his condition. They proceeded to tell me that my daddy's right lung is collapsed and the cancer is in his trachea over halfway. His left lung is working over time just so he can breath. So the chemo and radiation treatments might give him a month extra of life. Now keep in mind that my daddy wasn't with me when they told me this so I had to go back to his house and crush any hope that he had of getting past this. After I told him what the doctor told me he decided he doesn't want to be so sick from chemo and radiation for the time that he has left. He loves hunting every year and he told me he hopes he's able to go when deer season opens. I hope he can also.
So yesterday I contacted Hospice and they came out I have him set up with them but I still have to pay for medication because he does NOT have insurance. So I want to say thank you in advance for any and all donations.
