Hi, I’m raising funds to support my brother-in-law after a run of genuinely bad luck that’s now affecting his ability to work.

After being made redundant and losing a significant amount of income, he took a big step and started his own electrical business. It wasn’t easy, but he put everything into it and it was finally starting to go well.

Recently, his van was broken into and over £9,000 worth of tools were stolen, including key equipment he relies on every day. This was despite having strong security and deadlocks in place.

To make matters worse, his apprentice’s tools were also in the van and taken, so it’s not just him that’s been affected, but someone he’s been supporting and helping to build a career.

This all comes not long after already dealing with the theft of his car and motorbike, so it’s been a tough run to say the least.

Right now, without his tools, he’s unable to work, and replacing everything in one go just isn’t realistic.

We know a lot of people are feeling the pressure financially at the moment, so there’s absolutely no expectation—but if anyone would like to help, any contributions will go directly towards replacing essential tools and getting him back up and running.
