Welcome to Oasis: Friends of Puerto Rico!
Our friends and fellow citizens in Puerto Rico have been hit very hard by Hurricane Maria and the photos of the devastation are almost impossible to comprehend. We have a number of employees who are either from the Island or have family and friends there. Some of our employees have thankfully heard from family members and others are still waiting.
As a show of our support we are supporting De La Mano por Puerto Rico who is working together with Friends of Puerto Rico, a non for profit organization based out of Washington DC. De La Mano por Puerto Rico has received hundreds of donations but they need to pack and ship these items so we have set up a new Go Fund Me Page to raise funds needed to support the shipping costs of relief supplies.
As with our Texas effort if we raise $2,000, Oasis will match the funds dollar for dollar.
Please keep our families and friends in Puerto Rico in your thoughts and prayers. I am sure they will appreciate it.
