For those of you that are not aware, on August 13th the Nickelby's live's changed forever.
Bill was assaulted from behind with a baseball bat from what we believe now to have been a homeless-man near their home. He was in ICU for several days at OHSU.
While medical bills are adding up, they have learned due to an employment change there is no insurance coverage.
While everyday he will improve, he has a long road to recovery.
Returning to work may take a while and we don't know what capacity.
Please help ease some financial burden this has caused.
